Walton Superintendent Comments On Financial State Of Walton Schools

State Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli recently released a financial evaluation of New York state's school districts. Of eighty-seven school districts, 13% of school districts statewide were designated as "fiscally stressed."

Walton Central School District was designated as being under "moderate" fiscal stress.
