Wlasiuk to Hear Verdict Today

The jury in the 3rd murder trial of Peter Wlasiuk in Chenango County court will decide today whether he is guilty or not of the murder of his wife Patricia in 2002. The last two convictions were reversed due to court technicalities.

The defense claims Patricia Wlasiuk died from drowning and the prosecution has no evidence that Peter killed her. Prosecutors told jurors that Peter’s motive for the murder was a $300,000 life insurance policy.
