AT AROUND 5 PM LAST NIGHT NORWICH POLICE EXECUTED A SEARCH WARRANT AT AN APARTMENT ON SILVER STREET AND ARRESTED 3 MALES AND ONE FEMALE. THE ARRESTS WERE AT THE CONCLUSION OF AN INVESTIGATION INTO SALES OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES FROM THAT RESIDENCE.
