Chenango County Dairy Princess to be Named at Saturday’s Banquet

The Chenango County Dairy Promotion banquet will be held Saturday at the Norwich campus of SUNY Morrisville.

The event begins with a milk punch reception at 6:30 p.m. followed by dinner at 7 p.m.

The coronation of this year’s Chenango County Dairy Princess will be held following dinner.

Banquet tickets can be purchased for $15 for adults and $8 for children 12 or under by calling Sheila Marshman at 607-244-5539. The public is invited to attend.

The event kicks off Dairy Month for Chenango County with the annual Dairy Day parade June 15 in Norwich, featuring farm equipment, farm animals and agra business
