The next session of Caregiver School will be held from 9 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Hospice office in Norwich.

The Caregiver School is a yearlong initiative held the second Saturday of each month for those taking care of a chronically ill patient.

This Saturday’s session will help caregivers focus on their own wellbeing, physically and emotionally.

Hospice social worker Sandy Drew and LPN Valerie Bates will conduct the session called “guided image and relaxation.”

The monthly sessions are free and open to all Chenango County residents. No prior association with Hospice is required.

To RSVP in advance call hospice at 334-3556
