With warmer weather arriving the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles along with Agriculture and Markets warn drivers to watch out for more slow moving vehicles on the roads. Those vehicles travel 25 miles per hour or below and are required to carry an emblem consists of a fluorescent yellow-orange triangle with a dark red reflective border. While such vehicles can be on the road any time of year, the peak season for them is from now through mid-October.
