According to the National Weather Service of Binghamton, Otsego County has a Lake Effect Snow Advisory going into effect from 7 p.m. tonight until 7 p.m. Wednesday night.  The hazards include intermittent squalls resulting in poor visibility.  The amount of snow ranges from 3 to 7 inches total snow accumulation between today, tonight and tomorrow with the northern part of Otsego County getting the most (including Cooperstown, Richfield Springs, and Cherry Valley).
