The New York State Police, in conjunction with the Broome County District Attorney’s Office, arrested 30-year-old Serina A. Madden of Nineveh, NY, on a warrant for second-degree murder, first-degree manslaughter and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child after she was indicted by the Broome County Grand Jury. Madden was arrested at approximately 8:12 a.m. Monday at a residence on N. McKinley Avenue in Endicott. She was arraigned in Broome County Court this morning.

Madden was indicted following a lengthy investigation into the death of her 10-year-old daughter, BellaDonna Loke. Loke was discovered deceased in her bedroom on East Windsor Road in the Town of Colesville on February 18, 2018.

Madden is being held at the Broome County Jail and awaiting further court proceedings.
