New York lawmakers returning to Albany this week face a long list of challenges as they seek to move past 2015. The Legislature kicks off the 2016 session on Wednesday. It will likely be dominated by debates about a $15 minimum wage, education funding and efforts to address a chronic corruption problem that last year toppled the leaders of both the Assembly and the Senate.
