MLB Pitch, Hit, & Run Competition Local Qualifier

The City of Oneonta announces a local qualifier for the MLB Pitch, Hit, & Run Competition will be held Friday, April 25, 2014, at Oneonta Little League’s Doc Knapp Field from 5:00pm - 7:00pm. Children may compete at any time within this time frame. Participation is free and open to all boys and girls ages 7-14 as of July 17, 2014.  Prior to participation, each child must have a parent/guardian complete a registration form. Forms are available at the recreation office or from Oneonta Little League coaches.

Winners of local events advance to compete at a sectional event to be held at Damaschke Field. There they will face other winners of local contests that were held throughout the region for a chance to advance to a team championship at an MLB stadium.
