Locals Schools To Receive Technology Funding From Cuomo
The first projects have been approved in a program to improve technology in New York State schools. Governor Andrew Cuomo said Wednesday the 52 projects will be funded with $45 million from the $2 billion Smart Schools Bond Act that was approved by voters. A list of districts that received funding can be found on the governor's website. Locally, Laurens, Schenevus and Gilbertsville-Mount Upton are on this list.
