HBO Max Is Launching May 27

It's official! HBO announced today that it will be launching its new streaming service, HBO Max, on May 27.

The main question? Will the Friends reunion be available the same day as the streaming service? The answer, we don't know for sure or not. They haven't specifically said that it will or won't.

HBO Max will launch with a scripted comedy, Love Life, starring Anna Kendrick, and five other original series, including The Not-Too-Late Show With Elmo, starring the Sesame Street character Elmo. Interesting. Not sure why that show, but interesting.

If you've ran out of things to watch on Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus and Amazon Prime, and aren't quite sure what Quibi is (I have a free trial that I've yet to activate, I just can't add one of list of shows that I have to keep up with), then make sure you mark your planner for May 27.

Who knows, we very well may still be quarantined.
