Chenango Couple is Accused of Dealing Drugs

A Town of Chenango couple is accused of having illegal drugs in their home on Castle Creek Road. 

34 year old Tiawanna Willard is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, criminal possession of a controlled substance and four counts of endangering the welfare of a child. 

35 year old Devon Johnson is charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument for allegedly having a forged driver’s license, criminal possession of a controlled substance and false personation.

The New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team and the Vestal Police searched the couple’s apartment and found $9,200, believed to be the proceeds from drug sales and quantities of crack cocaine and Ecstacy.

Authorities say Johnson was also wanted on a parole violation. 

Both Willard and Johnson were sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.
