Career Expo Coming For 9th & 10th Graders in Milford

The Otsego County Chamber will hold its Second Annual Career Expo for 9th and 10th grade students next week at ONC BOCES in Milford. The purpose of the Career Expo is to provide a well-rounded depiction of career opportunities in the region and the jobs that may be available to them when they graduate and the education and skills need to acquire those jobs. The Expo will also provide employers with an opportunity to meet students who may have the potential to be an intern or may be a future prospect for employment. Several colleges in the region will also be present to share information on how their degree and certificate programs relate to the various career opportunities. The Expo will be from 9:00 am – 12:00 p.m. on Thursday.
