Bresee’s Building Re-Opens as Parkview Place [VIDEO]

After nearly seven years of construction, the dilapidated former Bresee's Department Store building on Main St., Oneonta, re-opened Tuesday as a commercial property.

The bottom floor was renovated and is available for commercial space, while the upper floors have been remodeled into apartments.

The new property is called "Kulgo's Parkview Place."
