ARC Otsego Hot Cocoa 5K Run & 1K Walk

This Saturday, November 7th, the ARC Otsego is holding their first ever Hot Cocoa 5K Run & 1K Walk, Run, & Roll in Neahwa Park, Oneonta.  The 5K begins at 10:15am and the 1K begins at 9:30am.

When you walk, run or roll the Arc Otsego's Hot Cocoa 5K or 1K, you are helping make life sweeter for people with developmental disabilities! Proceeds benefit The Arc Otsego's Helping Hands Fund which assists individuals with developmental disabilities and their families to seize life's opportunities and overcome life's challenges. The Hot Cocoa is a professionally-timed, family friendly, inclusive and accessible event.

The 5K course takes you through Neahwa Park, down War Memorial Dr., through the City of Oneonta, returning to end in Neahwa Park. Chip timing is provided by Racewire. The untimed 1K Walk, Run and Roll takes place entirely within the Neahwa Park. 1K participants receive an unchipped bib. Post-race refreshments are provided for 5K and 1K participants. All event participants receive a complimentary ticket for a cup of hot cocoa and a door prize ticket for the Cocoa Madness Gift Basket.

Cost: Hot Cocoa 5K: $20 (plus fees) online registration; $25 same day registration.

Hot Cocoa 1K Walk, Run & Roll: $8 (plus fees) online registration; $12 same day registration. (Children under 5 are free. T-Shirt not included)
