23 Bassett Primary Care Centers Earn Top Accolades

Cooperstown, NY – Twenty-three Bassett Healthcare Network primary care centers recently received word they’ve achieved recognition as a Level 3 Patient Centered Medical Home from the National Committee for Quality Assurance.

Level 3 is the highest level of recognition that can be achieved. MyChart was critical to Bassett’s primary care centers attaining the highest medical home recognition possible. It provides patients access to portions of their electronic health record. This recognition is valid for three years.

The standards are aligned with the joint principles of the Patient-Centered Medical Home established with the American College of Physicians, the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Osteopathic Association.
