Tenney’s lawyers have filed a motion in New York State Supreme Court in Oswego requesting the judge to direct the boards of elections in the eight counties in the district, including Broome, Tioga and Chenango, to certified the results of the canvassed votes reported to the court before 4 p.m. November 30.

Anthony Brindisi’s camp is also appealing to the court.  The campaign has filed motions asking that the eight boards of elections bring to court all records they have on the ballots that have been subject to objections.

The next action in court is a hearing scheduled for next week.
