A member of the 2018 Baseball Hall Fame class paid a visit to Cooperstown on Tuesday. According to the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum, former Cleveland Indians slugger Jim Thome and his wife Andrea visited the Hall for Thome’s pre-induction orientation session where the family goes over the logistics for induction weekend and to take a white-glove tour of the hall which left Thome speechless and at times in tears. Thome and Vladimir Guerrero, Chipper Jones, Trevor Hoffman, Jack Morris, and Alan Trammell will officially be inducted on July 29.
