The Norwich Police Department concluded an investigation into the sale of heroin with the execution of a search warrant and arrest of four people. Last night at about 10:45 p.m., members of the Norwich Police assisted by the Chenango County Sheriff's Office executed a no knock search warrant at a State Street residence in the city of Norwich.

Delaware county sheriff’s deputies have arrested two 17-year-old Delaware County boys. The names of those arrested were not released to the public due to their age. One is from Bovina, while the other is from Delhi.

On Tuesday morning, 47-year-old Rafael Macken, of Walton, was arrested by Delaware county sheriff's deputies following their investigation of a one car property damage accident on County Highway 14 in the Town of Franklin.
