Super Smash Bros. Full Roster Leaked, Final Boss and More

The Internet has had an influx of Super Smash Bros. leaks and rumors over the past few months, but due to the release of its Japanese version a couple days early, we have learned all sorts of juicy details as to its final version (warning: MASSIVE SPOILERS).

Thanks to Destructoid, we have found tons of confirmed Super Smash Bros. leaks for you to enjoy and kill any sense of surprise you have in store for the upcoming Nintendo brawler. These leaks have been confirmed and reported on by multiple noteworthy sources. The big thing that everyone is worried about is the game's final roster and what kind of new characters have been added. Based on the provided picture below, we have learned of a few interest additions to the game's roster.

Based on the above picture and corroborating sources, the final roster of Super Smash Bros. consists of the following characters:

Mario, Luigi, Princess Peach, Yoshi, Rosalina & Luma, Bowser Jr., Wario, Mr. Game & Watch, Donkey Kong, Diddy Kong, Link, Princess Zelda, Sheik, Gannondorf, Toon Link, Samus, Zero Suit Samus, Pitt, Palutena, Marth, Ike, Robin, Kirby, King Dedede, Meta Knight, Little Mac, Star Fox, Falco, Pikachu, Charizard, Lucario, Jigglypuff, Greninja, the Duck Hunt Dog, ROB, Ike, Captain Falcon, Villager, Pikmin & Olimar, Wii Fit Trainer, Dr. Mario, Dark Pitt, Lucina, Shulk, Pac-Man, Mega Man, Sonic and the Mii Fighters.

That's right, you can finally get back at the Duck Hunt Dog for all the times he has laughed at you.

If you were paying attention, you will have noticed that Wolf (from Star Fox), Solid Snake, Lucas (from Earthbound) and the Ice Climbers have all been cut from the final roster. This could coincide with the ongoing rumor that these characters could be included as some form of paid DLC. Since Mario Kart 8 shows that Nintendo has finally jumped on the paid DLC bandwagon, Smash Bros. is a likely title to do the same. Those corners in the character selection screen look like they could fit more characters, couldn't they?

We have also found footage of the Duck Hunt Dog's Final Smash, which features him summoning the bad guys from the other famous NES Zapper game, Wild Gunman. On the higher difficulties, the Master Hand duo changes into a new boss, Master Core. We have also found a new Earthbound level, with UFOs included (all provided below). We do wish that the Duck Hunt Dog's laugh was taken directly from the NES original.

Super Smash Bros. will launch on Oct. 3 for Nintendo 3DS and this holiday season for the Wii U. We're still going to pray to the Nintendo gods that Paper Mario, Bayonetta, Knuckles and Birdo all get included on the Wii U version.
