Planning Board Rules Hillside Commons Application Complete

The application for the Hillside Commons project in Oneonta is complete.

This is the ruling the Oneonta Planning Board made last night after the city’s consultant on the application, Delaware Engineering, said that all the necessary documents had been submitted.

Newman Development Group is looking to build a 330-bed student housing complex on Blodgett Drive.

The planning commission now has two months to accept or reject the application.
