Pennsylvania Fugitive From Oneonta Turns Up in Sidney

On Tuesday, state police in Sidney arrested a John Balckburn, 24, of Oneonta, on a fugitive warrant for the charge of arson, issued by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Blackburn was arraigned in the Town of Unadilla Court and was ordered to be held on no bail, pending further proceedings in the Otsego County Court.
