Otsego County Treasurer Crowell Flips, Says He Will Run Again

Otsego County Treasurer Dan Crowell earlier this year was called to special ops training at Fort Bragg and due to this, he turned his treasurer duties over to Russ Bachman.

In August, Crowell indicated he would cede the nomination to Bachman, but it was too late to have his name removed from the ballot. In addition, Bachman withdrew his name from the running after his petition came into question.

On Tuesday, Crowell decided to re-enter the race and announced that he will run for a second term. His opponent is Edward Keator, Jr.
