Otego Woman Faces Felony Charges After Arrest
According to New York State Police at Oneonta, an Otego woman was arrested early Monday afternoon on Rt. 7 in the town of Otego. Jacqueline J. Graves, 30, of Otego, was observed crossing a road hazard while driving on Route 7. Graves was subsequently charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, aggravated unlicensed operation 1st degree and the misdemeanors of resisting arrest, criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, use of a motor vehicle without an interlock device and other traffic violations. This was a felony arrest due to a prior conviction of DWI and suspended license.
After being arraigned in the Town of Otego court, Graves was remanded to the Otsego County jail in lieu of $2000 cash bail or $4000 property bond. Her next court date in the Town of Otego is on June 9, 2016.
