Nominate A Trailblazing Woman In The Community

The Oneonta City Commission on Community Relations and Human Rights is at it again and will be presenting a woman in our community with the Trailblazer Award in honor of Women's History Month (in March). This woman or youth must have 'blazed the trail,' making a path for other women to follow, going where women have not gone before.
