Nine Local Establishments Pass Underage Drinking Check

On April 18th, New York State Police from Oneonta and Margaretville, along with the New York State Liquor Authority, conducted an underage drinking check.

The initiative utilized three underage operatives who attempted to purchase alcoholic beverages from four convenience stores and five bars in Otsego and Delaware Counties. No arrests were made as all the establishments passed.

The establishments included:

1. Dutch Deli & Grocery, State Route 28, Meridale
2. Sunoco Country Store, Kingston Street, Delhi
3. P.I.C.C.S. Bar, Main Street, Delhi
4. O’Neill’s Shire Pub, Main Street, Delhi
5. Joey’s Outback Bar & Grill, State Route 23, Davenport
6. Gerster Family Market, County Route 11, Oneonta
7. Hess Express, Main Street, Oneonta
8. Choice Ultra Lounge, Market Street, Oneonta
9. Gallagher’s Pub Club & Grill, Main Street, Oneonta
