The video effects wizards over at Corridor Digital are no stranger to making awesome video game tie-ins— they've already covered The Legend of Zelda, Half-Life, and Team Fortress 2 on their popular YouTube channel. This time around, however, they're taking things in an orc-ier direction with a Middle-Earth inspired video entitled 'The Shadow of Mordor- Live Action'.

This video tie-in to Middle-Earth: The Shadow of Mordor shows a group of orc brigands doing what they do best- acting like total a-holes- when our grizzled ranger hero Talion arrives to take care of some flippin' business. As usual, Corridor Digital did a great job here blending live-action and CG elements together, with Talion's wraith-like powers looking flashy, but not out of place, as he busts some orc booties. Plus wherever the heck it was that the Corridor Digital team filmed this looks so much like Peter Jackson's Middle-Earth films it makes you wonder if you might see Ian McKellan wander by in the background.

Middle-Earth: The Shadow of Mordor promises to come jam-packed with all kinds of supernaturally-powered, orc-slaying action when it arrives Sept.30 on PC, Playstation 3, Playstation 4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One.
