Man Arrested In Norwich Meth Lab Investigation

A man faces charges after authorities discovered he was operating a meth lab in Norwich. Police responded to a Cortland Street address and found several one-pot meth containers, chemicals and equipment to make meth were found in the apartment. The suspect identified as Jay Perce who is said to be homeless was arrested Monday and arraigned in Norwich City Court. He’s in jail without bond. Hazmat workers were called in to clean up the lab.
