It seems we've had our fair share of rain this Summer and here comes a new round of wet weather.  The National Weather Service has made the following hazardous weather prediction this morning.

"THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR CENTRAL NEW YORK, SOUTHEASTERN NEW YORK AND NORTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA.

TODAY AND TONIGHT...HEAVY AND LOCALLY EXCESSIVE RAINFALL IS STILL ANTICIPATED...MAINLY LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...ACROSS CENTRAL NEW YORK AND NORTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA.   IT APPEARS THAT WIDESPREAD RAINFALL TOTALS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES CAN BE EXPECTED ACROSS THE FINGER LAKES AND CENTRAL SOUTHERN TIER REGIONS OF NEW YORK...BASICALLY WEST OF THE INTERSTATE 81 CORRIDOR."
