Happy 100th Birthday Norwich…..A Centennial Memory!

Years ago, each little town and village seemed to have the most astonishing array of fraternal organizations.  Norwich was no different.  Here is a very old pin from the Knights Templar Command of Norwich.  Anybody know what "in hoc signo vinces" means?
