Dr. Ted Elliott, Sidney’s “Dean of Alumni” and WW II Vet, Dies at 100

Dr. Ted Elliott, a longtime Sidney civic leader and a World War II veteran, has passed away at the Oxford Veterans Home at the age of 100.

Dr. Elliott was to be inducted into the Sidney High School Wall of Fame next week at the Alumni weekend.  Ted always attended these reunions and led the March of Classes as the "Dean of the Alumni".  He graduated from Sidney High School in the class of 1931.
