Cuomo Pledges $100 Million to Homeowners for Sandy Cleanup

Governor Andrew Cuomo has announced that the state is pledging at least $100 million to help homeowners repair and rebuild their homes after the devastation of Superstorm Sandy.

Assembly and senate leaders have already reached agreement on the funding, and FEMA and teams from the state are expected to visit homeowners this week to help them through the red tape needed to access federal emergency funds.
