A poll released Monday by the Siena Research Institute shows that Governor Andrew Cuomo’s favorability rating has rebounded since February to 65 percent.

The governor’s favorability had dropped following his push for stricter gun control and the passage of the NY SAFE Act. Cuomo has reversed his downward favorability numbers that were his lowest in July,

The governor is now favored by 65 percent of voters polled. He has a 52 percent favorability rating for what he has done in his first three years in office.
