Chenango Robotics Team “Terrorize” the Competition

The Chenango County Robotics Team joined 37 other teams in the New York Tech Valley regional competition in Troy last weekend.

By the close of the two-day event, Team 145, also known as Team T-Rx, had secured a regional spot, but lost in the end to the #1 ranked team in the best of two out of three matches. Along with the impressive performance, the team also received an award for Excellence in Engineering.

The students from Norwich and Sherburne-Earlville schools watched their robot, known as Terror, outsmart most other robots at the competition. Terror the robot took the team 2,500 hours to create.
