BREAKING NEWS: Former Gov. Mario Cuomo Has Died at 82

Former New York State governor Mario Cuomo has died at the age of 82.  He died in New York City just hours after his son, Andrew, was sworn in to his new term as New York's governor.  The elder Cuomo has been in failing health in recent weeks.

Mario Cuomo served three terms as New York's chief executive.
