The Chenango County Sheriff's Office arrested a Sherburne man early Saturday morning following an investigation into heroin sales in Chenango County. A "No Knock" search warrant was executed at a mobile home on Classic Street in Sherburne, and as a result, the Chenango County Sherri's Office says it seized heroin, scales, packaging material and unlawfully possessed prescription pills. police say 50 year old Frederick Harty Jr. is accused of maintaining the home for the purpose of selling drugs. He was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, criminal nuisance, criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminally possessing drug paraphernalia. 46 year old Tabatha Harty jr. was also charged with criminal nuisance. Frederick was remanded to the Chenango County Correctional Facility on $20,000 cash bail. Tabitha was jailed on $2000  cash bail.
